Custom Design Policies

   -Initial consultation, by phone or in-person, is FREE!
-A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for work to begin on your memory book, page or photo project.
    -Prices do NOT include sales tax for Washington residents.
    -An appropriate discount will be
discussed if you would like to furnish supplies of your own.
    -All scrapbooks will be finished and ready for review 18 days after deposit is received.
    -1 to 9 pages will be finished and ready for review 7 days after deposit is received.
    -10 to 19 pages will be finished and ready for review 14 days after deposit is received.
    -Expedited project time lines can be accommodated, additional charges may apply.
    -Finished projects will ship no more that 2 days after payment balance is received.
    -Shipping price is determined based on size, destination and method desired.
    -Delivery available within Pierce and King Counties (WA), others by arrangement.
